Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Sessions by Appointment Only: All Reiki/Sound Infusion sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with DrayZac Den. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations/Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session without penalty- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. In person sessions at center: No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Late Arrivals (in person sessions): If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the following client’s time, with the full session fee still applying. Preparation (in person sessions): Please wear comfortable clothing. Arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself to ground before your session. Disclaimer Session are complementary, Not Medical: Reiki and sound healing are complementary therapies that promote relaxation, balance, and energetic well-being. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult with your physician or healthcare provider for medical concerns. No Guarantees: Individual results may vary.
