Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — DrayZac Den, LLC | Private Membership Association Reiki / Sound Infusion Sessions All Reiki/Sound Infusion sessions are offered exclusively to DrayZac Den members at a rate of $122 per session. Sessions are by appointment only and may be scheduled through the DrayZac Den online booking system or directly with your practitioner. Payment is due at the time of booking through the payment options provided. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens. Members are welcome to reschedule or cancel their session for a full refund up to 48 hours before their scheduled time by contacting us directly. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable. In the event DrayZac Den must cancel or reschedule, members will be offered a full refund or reschedule at no penalty. Preparing for Your Session Virtual Sessions: Please log on a few minutes before your scheduled time to ensure your energy is grounded and your space is prepared for receiving. Recorded Sessions: Set your intentions for the time and find a quiet space for yourself to receive the energy. In-Person Sessions: Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself to settle and ground before your session begins. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the members scheduled after you — the full session fee will still apply. Members further agree that DrayZac Den, its owner, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes or conditions that may arise in connection with a session.
