Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — DrayZac Den, LLC | Private Membership Association Tarot / Oracle Sessions All Tarot and Oracle sessions are offered exclusively to DrayZac Den members at a rate of $88 per session. Payment is due at the time of booking through the payment options provided. Sessions may be held by recorded video, Zoom call, or in person (when available). Please log on or arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session to ensure your energy is grounded and the space is prepared. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens. Members are welcome to reschedule or cancel their session for a full refund up to 48 hours before their scheduled time by contacting us directly. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable. In the event DrayZac Den must cancel or reschedule, members will be offered a full refund or reschedule at no penalty.
